Warranty Information

At Free2move eSolutions, we offer a 2-year parts-only warranty on all commercial charging products, with an option to upgrade to a 5-year extended warranty. Our comprehensive services include a Preventative Maintenance program, where trained technicians inspect and maintain AC and DC chargers to maximize performance and lifespan. We also provide Service & Repairs for equipment outside the scope of maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Our goal is to simplify your transition to electric mobility with expert care and support.

Commercial Shipping & Delivery Process

Order Process

  • We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If your item is in stock, you can expect delivery within 3 weeks.
  • In case your desired item is currently unavailable, we'll keep you informed. We'll reach out with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information.

Scheduling Delivery

  • You'll be notified by email when your hardware is ready for delivery.
  • You have 45 days from the notification to accept delivery.

Delivery Day

Please note that a late delivery fee of $100/week per unit applies for deliveries accepted after the 45-day window. Additionally, if you refuse delivery or request a date outside the window, you may also be responsible for additional storage, rerouting, shipping, and restocking fees.
